Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant or Full-Charge Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of inventory and manufacturing environments. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with SOX accounting standards.

Daily Operations:

• Enter and process customer orders.
• Generate and send invoices for accounts receivable.
• Process vendor invoices and inventory receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on all financial transactions.
• Month-End Close:
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.
• Reconcile accounts and provide subledger details for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Financial Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with SOX accounting standards.
• Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping within a manufacturing or inventory-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of SOX accounting and reporting.

Proficient in financial software

• Quickbooks, SAP

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Compensation: $30 - $35/hr.
